Job Description

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager in the Food & Beverage Service department, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent guest service. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising restaurant staff to maintain service standards, handling guest feedback and resolving issues, managing inventory and ordering with the manager, training and scheduling team members, and monitoring cleanliness and compliance with health standards. To excel in this role, you should possess a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or a related field, along with experience in F&B operations. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential, along with knowledge of POS systems and restaurant SOPs. This is a full-time position with the benefit of food provided, and proficiency in English is preferred. The work location for this role is in person, and the application deadline is 20/05/2025.,
