Assistant Restaurant Manager - KFC

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in leading day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone with leadership skills, operational know-how, and a drive to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Lead and motivate the team to deliver high-quality customer service.

Maintain operational standards in line with brand guidelines.

Monitor inventory, food safety, hygiene, and compliance requirements.

Handle staff training, scheduling, and performance management.Support in achieving sales targets, cost control, and profitability goals.

Manage guest concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in Hospitality/Business Management or equivalent (preferred).

2–4 years of experience in restaurant/QSR/food service industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
