Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Hands on experience in WPS, PQR & WPQ.

Coordinate with client / TPI from start of project till dispatch / IRN.

Sound Knowledge in welding and its processes.

Responsible for all quality related works , which includes fabrication, machining, painting, sub-vendor works etc.
Coordinate with inter departments for smooth progress of job.
Should be a team player.
Sound knowledge on ASME sections and other process equipments like Heat Exchanger , pressure vessels etc.
Experience in working with different grades of materials
Should have leadership qualities
Sound knowledge in ASME codes and hands on experience in handling ASME jobs
Should have handled process equipment
Welding knowledge, WPS,PQR,WPQ
NDE inspection and hands on experience on the same

Audit preparation

Preferred candidate profile

Should have sound QA/QC knowledge in the field of Pressure vessels, heat exchanger, and ASME code jobs.
