Role & responsibilities

Review of detailed designs and Execution of Systems like BHS, PBB, VDGS, Security screening equipment with high level of safety & quality. The position is responsible to ensure the Quality Control & Quality Assurance activities related to PEB structure, RCC work, Faade installation, interior fit out and MEP works to ensure the best output with Quality at all project sites. The Manager QA & QC is responsible for ensuring the installation is as IS/ BIS/ASTM/DIN standards. Also, he is responsible to Implement, monitor and document the QA/QC activities as per the established Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Control Procedures (QCPs) narrated in the Project Quality Plan.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Key Accountabilities Overall quality control and quality assurance of ALD projects across all locations QA & QC Manager is responsible for executing project as per IS/ BIS/ASTM/DIN standards. Quality control Manual preparation & Implementation effectively. Identifying national and International standards and best practices. To plan & implement initiatives to promote high quality standards and bench mark the project with involvement of stakeholders. Manage and mentor the staff to enhance their competencies in sync with GMR ALD deliverables. KPI Project execution quality and Visual appearance. Effective reduction of snags or any rework. Adherence of QA/QC document at all projects and reduced snags with Zero repetition of same type of snags All employees & stakeholders covered and making them feel proud for the execution Number employees and keenness of participation

Preferred candidate profile

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Relevant Experience 8– 12 Years experience in Construction Safety.
