Job Description

Immediate joiners preferred

Procurement Management:
Lead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle including sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, and delivery coordination for materials, goods, and services.
Supplier Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliability and performance.
Cost Control:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings while maintaining product/service quality.
Inventory Coordination:
Collaborate with inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels, minimizing both overstocking and shortages.
Order & Delivery Management:
Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery. Address any issues such as delays, discrepancies, or damaged goods.
Quality Assurance:
Verify that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage procurement budgets in collaboration with finance teams.
Market Analysis:
Stay up to date on market trends, new suppliers, and competitive pricing to inform strategic purchasing decisions
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all procurement practices adhere to company policies, legal standards, and audit requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with finance, logistics, operations, and other departments to align procurement strategies with organizational goals

REQUIREMENTS

Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of relevant compliance standards and procurement best practices
Effective communication and relationship management skills
