Assistant Project Manager

Job Description You will be responsible for strict adherence to store/office design criteria and approved designs. You will resolve and coordinate the execution of all tenant-related project issues until store opening. It will be your duty to ensure proper store handover to the tenant within required timelines with accurate documentation. Additionally, you will be coordinating and executing fitout work along with MEP project/maintenance team by following up PPZ fitout processes in totality for all brands. Your goal will be to achieve efficiency of site team output and with a faster TAT. Utilizing technology to streamline processes is essential.
