Skills Required Conversant with Project Management techniques and capable of delivering the projects as per schedules agreed with clients. Respond to the clients promptly on queries related to delivery schedule, RFIs, escalations, change orders and technical assistance. Ensure the processes are being followed by the team which results in quality deliverable to clients. Capable of training the team members to meet the requirements of the project. Must be aware of the project delivery schedules and ensure that they are achieved. Conducting job progress and review meetings with the whole team. Resource planning and allocation of work within the team to achieve desired results. Review of job schedules with senior checkers and modelers on day-to-day basis. Address job related operational and technical issues in a timely manner. Ability to work under tight deadlines & manage multiple projects. Desired Candidate Profile 10 to 14 years of experience in steel detailing with Tekla Structures and AISC Standards. Experience in both Structural & Miscellaneous steel detailing is a must. Proven ability to lead and mentor a team. Thorough understanding of detailing, modeling and checking process. Highly organized and proactive in nature. Excellent Leadership capabilities. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills. Ability to manage project schedules, resource planning, and deliver projects on time Proficiency in handling client queries, RFIs, and change orders Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team Strong organizational and proactive management skills Communication Skills.
