Assistant Project Manager

Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand technical requirements, contribute to the creation of immersive XR learning modules, and ensure technical accuracy throughout the development process. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand technical requirements for XR-based modules. Create detailed and accurate storyboards based on technical specifications, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Incorporate technical nuances and industry-specific standards to guide designers, modelers, and developers in producing precise XR content. Conduct technical research to support module development. Prepare technical documentation and maintain records for project accuracy and consistency. Assist in basic project management tasks, ensuring timelines and milestones are met. Perform quality checks and validations to ensure the technical accuracy of immersive modules. Support in client interactions to understand and clarify technical requirements. Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams for smooth project execution. Required Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering from a reputed and premier college. 1 4 years of relevant industry experience. Strong engineering aptitude - a critical skill for excelling in this role. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to visualize, design, and effectively communicate client expectations. Familiarity with industry rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards. Proficiency in MS Office tools. Strong coordination, project planning, and teamwork capabilities.
