Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in civil construction or waterproofing.

Job Location: Kerala Region (Offices: Ernakulam & Malappuram)

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and overall management of construction and waterproofing projects across Kerala. The role requires strong technical knowledge, coordination skills, and the ability to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, execution, and overall management of projects.

- - Coordinate with site engineers, project executives, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project progress.

- - Support in preparing and monitoring project schedules, budgets, progress reports, and quality compliance.

- Provide technical and operational support to site teams and resolve project-level issues.

- - Track project milestones and report daily/weekly updates to the Technical

Coordinator. Qualifications & Requirements

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

- Strong project execution, coordination, and quality control skills.

- - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

- - Willingness to travel across project sites in Kerala.
