Assistant Project Management

As an Assistant Project Manager at Carelon Global Solutions India, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Tracking initiatives such as DocuSign, SVRO/TO deliverables, execution milestones/release schedules, and value realization - Managing reporting cycle schedules and SLT/Gail/Board/Staff Meetings - Handling talent strategy activities and special project timelines and milestones tracking - Performing administrative activities including hiring requests, SIRs, workforce planning, tracking engagement and leader travel, etc. - Coordinating tasks, sending reminders, and tracking receipt and review cycles for deliverables - Maintaining walkaround deck, facilitating communications, and driving structured project management processes - Utilizing functional knowledge in the healthcare domain and creating project portfolio reporting capabilities - Implementing prioritization and scoring prototypes for senior management approvals - Managing risks and issues, building collaborative partnerships, and monitoring progress for senior management - Automating manual processes, setting up dashboards, and establishing governance and controls Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Specialized training, certifications, and/or other special requirements such as PMP or Prince certification, Scaled Agile Certification (Good to have), and Certified Appraisal Team member for SCAMPI (Good to have) - Minimum of 10 to 13 years of experience in Project Management - Skills and competencies like communication, multitasking, strategic thinking, problem-solving, program management, stakeholder management, negotiation, and more At Carelon, you can expect a world of limitless opportunities that foster growth, well-being, purpose, and a sense of belonging.
