Job Description

Proficient in OS (Linux, Windows Administration)
Setting up, configuring and management of Servers (like Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Web Server, Database and Antivirus Server etc) and desktop systems and laptops.
Basic knowledge of configuring and managing network hardware like router, switches, firewall, Wifi equipments.
Assign and manage IP address spaces (IPv4/IPv6).
Security hardening and patch management of servers, desktop systems, laptops and networking equipments.
Monitor system performance, uptime, and resource usage.
Implementation of security policies and regularly monitor the security of IT infrastructure
Respond to cyber incidents and draft requisite documentation and reports.
Troubleshoot and fixing the issues of IT infrastructure (Servers, Desktops, Laptops etc.)
Other miscellaneous tasks assigned by senior officers

Preferable additional skills

To carry out end to end web application development in ASP.NET/Java/ PHP/ Python and using database platforms (Oracle / MSSQL / Postgres SQL MySQL etc.)
