Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor in Pharmaceutics at CT Group of Institutions located in Jalandhar I. The responsibilities include delivering high-quality lectures, developing and updating course material, mentoring students, and engaging in academic research. The role also involves contributing to curriculum development, participating in departmental activities, and guiding students in their academic and research pursuits. Collaboration with colleagues to promote academic excellence is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Pharmaceutics and related subjects
• Proficient in conducting research and academic writing
• Effective teaching, mentoring, and communication skills
• Knowledge of curriculum development and modern teaching methodologies
• Proficiency in using educational technology and tools
• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics or a related field is preferred; a Master's degree in the same field with relevant experience may also be considered
• Prior teaching experience in higher education is highly desirable
• Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and ability to work collaboratively in a team
