Rama University invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor in the Faculty of Commerce & Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, guiding research, developing curriculum, and contributing to academic and departmental growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Deliver lectures and conduct academic sessions effectively.
• Guide students in projects, dissertations, and internships.
• Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
• Engage in research, publications, and seminars.
• Support departmental and university-level initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:-

• Master’s degree in Commerce / Management (MBA/M.Com) with NET/Ph.D. preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years (Assistant Professor) or 6–10 years (Associate Professor) of academic/industry experience.

Skills:-

• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Research-oriented with publications in reputed journals.
• Ability to mentor and guide students professionally.
