Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor of Hotel Management located in the Mohali district. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching university-level courses, developing curriculum, conducting research, and contributing to the academic environment of the institution. The role involves mentoring students, collaborating with faculty members, and participating in department activities and committees.

Qualifications

• Experience in Organizational Behavior and teaching University-level courses
• Skills in Curriculum Development and Research
• Knowledge of Marketing and its application in the hospitality industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Hotel Management or related field
• Prior teaching experience in higher education is preferred
