Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar for an Assistant Professor of English. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, developing and implementing curriculum, conducting research in English Literature, and participating in departmental activities. They will also be involved in guiding and mentoring students, preparing lectures and materials, and contributing to academic publications.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in English Teaching, and Teaching
• Experience in Curriculum Development
• Proficient knowledge in Literature and English Literature
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• PhD/ Master's in English, Literature, or a related field is preferred
• Previous teaching experience at the college level is a plus
