Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Assistant Professor in the MBA department at GIFT, Bhubaneswar. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, developing course materials, mentoring students, and contributing to research initiatives. Additionally, the role involves active participation in academic activities, curriculum development, and organizing seminars and workshops to ensure the overall academic growth of students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Administration subjects such as Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing
• Experience in curriculum development, research, and academic planning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teaching
• Technical proficiency in tools and software used in management education
• Doctorate, M.Phil., or Master’s degree (preferably MBA) in a relevant discipline is required
• Previous teaching experience in higher education or relevant professional experience in management is highly desirable
