Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal at Madhav University, located in Abu Road. The Principal will oversee the academic, administrative, and financial activities of the university. Key responsibilities include developing academic policies, leading faculty and staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Principal will also be responsible for strategic planning, enhancing research capabilities, and promoting industry collaborations and community engagement. Qualifications Proven leadership and administrative skills in an educational setting Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong background in academic policy development and implementation Experience in strategic planning and managing institutional growth Ability to foster a culture of innovation, research, and continuous improvement Experience in building industry and community partnerships Doctorate degree in Education, Management, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in a higher education environment, preferably in a leadership role Show more Show less
