Job Description

Avviare Educational Hub is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Professor – Management with specialization in Marketing. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality academic instruction, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic excellence and institutional development of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver effective lectures in the following subjects:
• B2B Marketing & Services Marketing
• Entrepreneurship & Startup Management
• Marketing Management
• Consumer Behavior & Distribution Management
• Principles of Management
• Guide and evaluate:
• Training Reports
• Summer Internship Reports
• Surveys and Viva Voce
• Mentor students in academic, professional, and career development.
• Develop, update, and maintain course content, assessments, and teaching materials in alignment with the curriculum.
• Assist in organizing academic events, workshops, guest lectures, and industry interaction programs.
• Participate actively in departmental and institutional activities, including NAAC/AICTE documentation and accreditation processes.
• Contribute to research, publications, and academic development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent) in Management/Marketing from a recognized university.
• Ph.D. preferred or currently pursuing.
• UGC-NET qualification preferred (where applicable).
• Strong academic background with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in modern teaching methodologies and digital/blended learning tools.

Desired Skills

• Strong subject knowledge in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student engagement.
• Ability to guide research projects, surveys, and conduct effective viva evaluations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
