Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor in Hotel Management, based in Jaipur. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for developing and delivering lectures, conducting research, and designing curriculum in the field of hotel management. Additional responsibilities include mentoring students, engaging in academic activities, and participating in university committees.

Qualifications

• Skills in Organizational Behavior and University Teaching
• Experience in Curriculum Development and Research
• Marketing skills related to higher education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• PhD or Master's degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred
• Previous teaching experience in a university setting is an advantage
