Job description

An Assistant Professor is an academic position in an Institute, primarily focused on teaching, research, and service. Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching: Preparing and delivering lectures, conducting exams, grading assignments, and advising students on academic matters.

• Service: Participating in departmental meetings, serving on university committees, and contributing to the overall academic environment.

• Course Development: Developing and updating course materials, syllabi, and assignments.
• Administrative Tasks: Handling administrative duties related to teaching, research, and departmental activities.

Qualifications:

• Specifically requires a Ph.D. and Master's degree in French.
• UGC NET Qualified
• Demonstrated ability to teach effectively and conduct research.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A portfolio of published research articles may be desirable.
