Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor (Food Production) at the CT Group of Institutions located in Jalandhar. The individual will be responsible for delivering lectures, crafting and implementing effective teaching methods, and mentoring students in the field of food production. Additional responsibilities include curriculum development, conducting practical sessions, evaluating student performance, and contributing to academic research and departmental activities. Active participation in seminars, workshops, and other academic events will also be required.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Food Production, Culinary Arts, and related areas, with the ability to deliver both theoretical and practical knowledge.
• Proficiency in Curriculum Design, Academic Research, and Student Mentorship.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with kitchen hygiene, food safety standards, and hospitality-related practices.
• Master's degree or higher in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a relevant field is required. Industry certifications will be an added advantage.
• Ability to collaborate with faculty, contribute to institutional growth, and stay updated with advancements in the culinary field.
