Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor in Food and Beverage Service at Atharva College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, located in Mumbai. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, developing curriculum and course materials, and conducting assessments. The role includes mentoring and advising students, participating in faculty meetings and committees, and staying updated with industry trends to ensure the curriculum remains relevant. Additionally, the Assistant Professor will engage with industry professionals to enhance the educational experience and opportunities for students.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food and Beverage Service, Curriculum Development, and Teaching
• Ability to mentor and advise students effectively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• MBA or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field
• Relevant industry experience is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and administration
