Candidate Profile & Responsibilities

• Teach courses and academic content assigned by the Reporting Head.
• Engage actively with broader scholarly, professional, and industry communities.
• Contribute to the planning, development, and delivery of a high-quality curriculum.
• Develop learning materials, prepare lesson plans, and maintain academic records to monitor student progress, achievement, and attendance.
• Participate in curriculum reviews, assessments, examinations, and evaluation processes.
• Provide pastoral care, mentoring, and academic support to students.
• Assist in departmental academic administration, programme coordination, and institutional activities as required.
• Maintain continuous professional development in teaching, research, and subject expertise.
