Position Summary:

Assistant Professor

Key Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate courses in Civil Engineering and related disciplines.
Develop and deliver course materials, practical sessions, and assessments.
Guide student projects and internships.
Mentor and advise students on academic and career matters.
Engage in research and publish papers in reputed journals/conferences.
Participate in curriculum development and department-level initiatives.
Collaborate with industry and academic partners for consultancy and research activities.
Contribute to accreditation and quality assurance processes.
Support outreach and community development programs.

Qualifications:

M.E./M.Tech in Civil Engineering or related specializations (First class required).
Strong academic record with relevant teaching/research/industry experience.

Desired Skills:

Effective communication and classroom management.
Expertise in areas such as Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Transportation Engineering.
Proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, etc.
Passion for student engagement and mentoring.
Commitment to innovation in teaching and continuous learning.
