Assistant Professor / Associate Professor Human Resource Management (HRM)

As an Assistant / Associate Professor in Human Resource Management (HRM) at the location on Mylasandra road, next to Eternity Ecstasy, Begur Hubli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068, you will be responsible for the following: - Teach HRM, OB, and related subjects to students. - Conduct research in the field and publish findings. - Support the NAAC/NBA accreditation and IQAC activities. - Mentor students to help them excel and coordinate various academic initiatives. To be eligible for this role, you should possess: - Ph.D./ Masters degree in HRM / OB / IR recognized by UGC. - 10 years of academic or industry experience. - Strong skills in teaching, research, documentation, and communication.
