Assistant Production / Quality Manager

Role - Production Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager /QA Manager Industry preferred - Only from Die casting Industries-HPDC Job Location - Sri City, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh Qualification - Diploma in mechanical Engineering / Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES FOR PRODUCTION HEAD 1. Can handle independently Melting, Die Casting , Mould maintenance , Finishing , Shot Blasting & Machining. 2.Can handle the workforce more than 200 employees including white & Blue collar. 3.Approve of Work Inspection & Check Sheet for Melting ,DC , FN& SB Machining. 4.To Provide training and education and skill evaluation for Asst.Manager & Dy.Manager . 5.'Prevention of Mould & Jig and fixture related issues & Coordination of other departments and minimise efficiency losses. 6.Effective man power planning and handling & Reduction of man hrs by Kaizen 7.Achieve O.E.E , Plan Vs Actual , Monthly Target FG as per set target. 8.Prepare and presentation of MRM & Yearly department Budget. 9.Identify & Implementation of VA/VE & Cost reduction activities 10. Monitoring of SMED & TPM activities 11. 'ISO/IATF QMS & EHS Experience /Internal Auditor 12.Implement and control the production schedule 13. Determine the plan for Man, Machine & Method. 14.Make decision about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement 15.Set Product quality standards 16. Analysis production and quality control to detect and correct problems. 17. 'Implementation of the cost Reduction activity.
