What You ll Do

As an

Assistant Product Manager

, you ll support the CEO and Product Managers in driving product initiatives forward. This role is designed for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive - able to manage follow-ups, prepare documentation, and help keep priorities on track.

Your Responsibilities

Support the CEO and Product Managers in managing product roadmaps, priorities, and project tracking.
Assist in preparing clear product documentation, specifications, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Organize and structure product initiatives, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Follow up with stakeholders (engineering, data, design, operations) to ensure deliverables are progressing as planned.
Help with backlog grooming and sprint preparation by capturing requirements and aligning with product priorities.
Conduct basic market, competitor, and user research to support product decisions.
Provide operational support in product meetings (agenda, notes, action tracking).
Proactively flag risks, delays, or misalignments to keep projects moving smoothly.

Required Skills

1 2 years of experience in product, project management, or a related role.
Excellent
English communication skills
(written and spoken) must be able to prepare polished documentation and presentations.
SQL
must be able to use it confidently and effectively.
API
must understand how to set it up and interpret the data.
Strong working knowledge of database management systems such as
MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Very hardworking
expectations for product managers are extremely high, and we expect the product team to be the most prepared.
Work directly with the CEO
the role can be very demanding but guarantees significant learning. Candidates should have at least a technical education or a minimum of 1 year of technical experience.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail.
Proactive and independent mindset able to follow through without constant supervision.
Comfortable working with project management tools (Jira, Notion, Trello, or similar).
Ability to translate technical information into clear, simple language for stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Background in AdTech, gaming, or digital platforms.
Exposure to data analytics, ML/AI, or software development environments.
Experience preparing presentations for leadership or clients.
Prior experience working in multicultural or international environments.
