Assistant Product Manager - Last Mile Delivery

As a Product Manager for Quick-Commerce Operations, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of key products that optimize operational efficiency, enhance rider utilization, and manage delivery costs. This is a cross-functional role that requires strong program management skills, collaboration across teams, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. You will own the product outcomes and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful delivery while continuously improving the product offerings. - **Drive Product Delivery:** - Ship products that focus on achieving key operational outcomes: on-time delivery rate, rider utilization, and delivery cost efficiency for quick-commerce operations. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation through to delivery and post-launch improvements. - **Cross-Functional Program Management:** - Lead the cross-functional Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts for products and manage program execution throughout. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery across multiple teams. - **Data-Driven Storytelling & Continuous Improvement:** - Use both qualitative and quantitative data to tell compelling stories around the Last-Mile Delivery (LMD) charter. Present these insights to the team for feedback, iteration, and continuous product improvements.
