Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Goregaon for a Junior Producer at Clink Communications. The Junior Producer will be responsible for managing day-to-day production tasks, sharing creative inputs, ideas and refs, working hand in hand with creative and edit teams to ensure the successful execution of projects across various platforms.

This role is ideal for someone early in their production career who is hands-on, organised, creative, and comfortable with basic camera and editing tasks.

Skills

• Understanding and Prior experience/learning of the Video production eco-system
• Understanding of post-production
• Understanding of the Digital Channels (Reels, Shorts,Stories) 
• Understanding and Knowledge of Shooting with Phone/Camera 
• Project management and coordination skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Knowledge of creative design and storytelling
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field
