Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods/services.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports for review.
  • Oversee procurement data entry, validation, and maintenance across ERP and procurement platforms
  • Ensure master data integrity for vendors, materials, pricing, and contracts
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to standardize data formats and improve data quality.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing
  • Skill-sets:
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), MS Excel.

  • Stakeholder management
