Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Procurement Manager - Projects located in Kochi. The individual will be responsible for managing procurement activities, coordinating project materials, ensuring timely delivery, and overseeing logistics. Key tasks include expediting purchase orders and deliveries, managing vendor relationships, conducting inspections, and ensuring quality standards are met. The Assistant Procurement Manager will work closely with project teams to align procurement processes with project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in expediting and expeditor responsibilities, including timely follow-ups and ensuring efficient delivery workflows.
• Strong project management and logistics management skills to coordinate procurement with project requirements and timelines.
• Proficiency in inspection standards and quality control measures applied to procurement processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with attention to detail and time management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
• Familiarity with procurement processes in the hospitality or construction industry is a plus.
