Assistant Pastry Chef

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of pastries, bread, and desserts.

Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes, ensuring consistency and quality. Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve desired results.

• Contribute to the development of new recipes and innovative baked goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following hygiene and safety standards.
• Package and display bakery products attractively for customers.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders and meet daily production goals.
• Receive and manage inventory, notifying the supervisor when supplies need replenishing.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a bakery or food preparation role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy ingredients and stand for extended periods.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
