Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an Assistant Pastry Chef Instructor. The Assistant Pastry Chef Instructor will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of various baking and pastry recipes, demonstrating techniques and procedures to students, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. The role also involves supporting the head instructor in curriculum development and providing feedback to students on their progress and performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bakery, Baking, and Food Preparation skills
• Competence in Cooking and Culinary Skills
• Strong instructional and communication skills
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Adherence to health and safety standards
• Experience in a teaching or mentoring role is a plus
• Culinary degree or relevant certification in baking and pastry arts is preferred
