Job Description

The Assistant Operator supports production operations in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. This role ensures smooth machine operation, product quality, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards. The position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a high-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery under supervision.

Assist in setting up machines and preparing raw materials for production.

Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.

Conduct routine checks to maintain product quality and minimize downtime.

Support senior operators in troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.

Record production data and report deviations to supervisors.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of machine operation and production processes.

Understanding of safety, hygiene, and quality standards in FMCG manufacturing.

Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

ITI certification in any trades.

Salary:22,000per month

Experience:Min 1-2 years of experience as a operator.
