Assistant Operations Manager-PMS

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily trade execution and settlements across asset classes (Fixed Income, debt, money market instruments, etc.). • Coordinate with fund managers and dealers for portfolio deployment and rebalancing. • Ensure timely reconciliation of trades, holdings, and cash positions. • Liaise with custodians, brokers, and internal teams for trade confirmations and settlements. • Prepare and verify NAV reports, transaction summaries, and client portfolio statements. • Perform daily and periodic reconciliations between PMS systems, custodians, and accounting data. • Generate MIS reports and operational dashboards for management and regulatory purposes. • Ensure adherence to SEBI PMS regulations and internal operational controls. • Maintain complete and accurate records for all trades and investment transactions. • Support internal audits, compliance checks, and external inspections. • Collaborate with the client servicing team to address operational or data-related queries. • Support onboarding of new clients, including documentation and KYC verification. • Assist in preparing portfolio summaries and responding to client information requests.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field • 47 years of experience in PMS / Mutual Fund / Wealth Management operations. • Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and portfolio accounting. • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and portfolio management systems. • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage time-sensitive operations.
