Job Description

Supervise and support restaurant operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Ensure strict adherence to
SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
across all departments.
Handle
staff training & development
to maintain operational standards and service excellence.
Manage
inventory and stock control
to minimize wastage and ensure availability of supplies
Implement and monitor
cost control measures
to maximize profitability.
Assist in preparing and analyzing
P&L statements
and support decision-making for revenue growth.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards in all operations.
Support the Operations Manager in implementing company policies and operational strategies.
Coordinate with different departments (kitchen, service, accounts, etc.) for smooth functioning.

Preferred candidate profile

restaurant industry

Strong knowledge of
restaurant operations, SOPs, training, and cost management
.
Hands-on experience with
inventory management
and vendor coordination.
Ability to analyze
P&L statements
and contribute to cost control initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
