Job Description

Support smooth business operations, improve efficiency, and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Coordination – Oversee day-to-day business activities, ensuring seamless execution across departments.
  • Process Streamlining – Identify workflow inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement optimized processes.
  • Data & Reporting – Monitor key operational metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration – Coordinate between teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks.
  • Compliance & Standards – Ensure adherence to company policies, operational guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
  • Project Support – Assist in planning, tracking, and executing special projects to improve operations.

KPIs: Reduction in process delays, improvement in turnaround times, accuracy in reports, successful implementation of process improvements, and positive feedback from stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
