Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-driven and organized Graphic Design Coordinator to manage and streamline the day-to-day operations of our in-house graphic design team. This role focuses on coordinating internal design requests, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring seamless collaboration between the design team and internal departments like marketing, digital, and product. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of design processes and excellent coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage all internal graphic design requests across departments. Maintain and update a project tracker to monitor timelines, status, and priorities. Act as the bridge between the design team and internal stakeholders to ensure briefs are complete and aligned with objectives. Assist in gathering assets, content, and references for the design team to work efficiently. Organize files, maintain version control, and ensure all creative assets are stored systematically. Schedule and facilitate daily or weekly stand-ups to review pending and ongoing tasks. Ensure timely delivery of creatives for campaigns, social media, print, packaging, and other brand requirements. Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to understand creative needs and help in execution planning. Flag timeline conflicts, resource gaps, or bottlenecks to the Design Lead. Support the team in coordinating photoshoots, mockups, and internal brand rollouts if required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, Marketing, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience coordinating graphic design or creative projects in an in-house team or agency. Strong understanding of graphic design workflows, formats, and timelines. Proficiency in project coordination tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Google Sheets). Basic familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) is a plus. Excellent communication, time-management, and multitasking skills. As a Model (Male/Female) for various industries such as Fashion, Advertising, E-commerce, Lifestyle, Real Estate, and Commercial Shoots in Chennai, you will be responsible for posing for photo and video shoots as per brand requirements. It is essential to follow directions from photographers, creative directors, and stylists while showcasing clothing, accessories, or products in an engaging and professional manner. Your role will require maintaining a professional attitude and adaptability for different shoot themes and participating in promotional events, ramp walks, and brand campaigns if required. Effective expression of emotions and gestures as per the concept is crucial, along with maintaining personal grooming and fitness standards suitable for modeling assignments. Collaboration with makeup artists, stylists, and other team members is also a key aspect of this role. Punctuality and preparedness for shoots, fittings, and rehearsals are essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate for this role should preferably have prior modeling experience, although it is not mandatory. A good physical appearance, confidence, and the ability to express emotions naturally are important qualities. Being comfortable in front of the camera with strong posing skills, and meeting height and body proportion requirements based on project needs are also key qualifications.
