Job Purpose

Responsible for the Pre-Processing Authentication controls of transactions received at bank counters

Key Accountabilities

• Performing signature verification on documents submitted by the bank’s customers
  

Call back verification to customers to establish the authenticity / genuineness of transactions

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform signature verification on documents submitted by the customers for processing different types of transactions
  

Conduct call back to customers basis internal guidelines in order verify the authenticity and genuineness of various types of transactions received at the bank.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience preferably in banking
• Must have handled signature verification, Transaction processing (e.g. Payments)
  

Knowledge and experience of Trade, Remittances, Lending transactions will be an advantage.
