Job Description

The Assistant Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting and executing the company's marketing strategy across digital, offline, and on-site channels. The role ensures lead generation, brand visibility, campaign execution, customer engagement, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales performance.

Role & responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing strategies for projects.
  • Execute digital and offline campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for creative development and campaign rollouts.

2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Monitor and optimize social media ads, Google Ads, and online lead platforms.
  • Track lead performance, campaign ROI, and report analytics.
  • Manage company website content updates and online listings.

3. Branding & Creative Coordination

  • Coordinate with designers for brochures, hoardings, flyers, and digital creatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Support in planning project launch events, site branding, and promotional activities.

4. Customer Engagement & CRM

  • Maintain and update CRM with new leads, follow-ups, and status updates.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead assignment and follow-up cycle.
  • Support customer meetings, project presentations, and site visits when required.

5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Track market trends, pricing, competitor launches, and marketing activities.
  • Prepare weekly reports for management decision-making.
  • Assist in identifying new growth opportunities and customer segments.

6. Vendor Coordination

  • Liaise with print agencies, advertising partners, digital agencies, and event vendors.
  • Negotiate costs and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Verify bills against work executed before sending for approval.

7. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily/weekly marketing trackers and lead-generation reports.
  • Share campaign performance reports with management.
  • Prepare data for monthly review meetings and project updates.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or MBA in Marketing / Communications / Management
  • 2 - 6 years of experience preferably in real estate marketing

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Basic design understanding (Canva/Photoshop knowledge is a plus)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Work Environment:

  • Office-based with regular visits to sites
  • Requires coordination with agencies, vendors, and sales teams
  • Involves field activities, events, and project promotions
