Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Create and design visual content for digital and print media in line with brand guidelines.
Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, hoardings, site branding, advertisements, and social media creatives for real estate projects.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce cohesive and appealing promotional materials.
Design digital assets including emailers, presentations, and online advertisements for campaigns and launches.
Stay updated with design and industry trends to deliver innovative and creative ideas.
Maintain an organized library of creative assets for easy access and reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in real estate, architecture, or advertising.
Proficiency in design software such as AI, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and colour theory.
Creative thinking with attention to detail and strong sense of brand aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D visualisation tools will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with social media marketing and digital campaign design.
