Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Assistant Marketing Manager to support integrated marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing 360 campaigns that build the Boult brand and drive business results. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution: Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including ATL, BTL, digital, and retail initiatives. Brand Communication: Work closely with creative and design teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful storytelling. Digital Marketing Support: Coordinate with performance marketing, content, and social media teams to amplify campaign reach and engagement. Influencer & Collaboration Management: Support in identifying, negotiating, and executing influencer marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships. Product Launches: Assist in go-to-market strategies for new product launches including packaging, positioning, and channel planning. Market Research & Insights: Analyze consumer trends, competitors, and campaign performance to identify areas for growth and optimization. Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with internal teams (design, product, e-comm, sales) and external vendors for timely delivery of assets and execution. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA preferred. 3–5 years of well-rounded marketing experience (brand, digital, campaigns). Prior experience in consumer goods, D2C, electronics, or lifestyle brands is a plus. Strong communication and project management skills. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Passion for youth culture, trends, and digital media. Bonus Points: Worked on integrated campaigns involving influencers or celebrities. Exposure to product marketing and retail visibility campaigns. Has a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics.
