Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience working with Developer (for Design coordination) and Structural Consultancy with Strong Analytical and Design Background; Experience working on Residential Structures (mid to high rise buildings)
Expertise working with Structural software eg., ETABS, SAFE, SAP, STAAD, RCDC at the least Will be handling multiple projects for entire coordination including Site visits, resolving site issues, meeting project schedules, attendance of project meetings, coordinating with internal/external teams; tracking of project consumptions
Should be open to travel for Outstation projects eg., Pune, Bangalore Basic / mid-range knowledge in Quantity estimation for Structural costs of projects and overall Construction activities.
Our client has TWO different roles - a) Structural Design (Commercial) and b) Structural Design (Retail)
