The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in direct sales of residential and commercial properties in Noida. Your primary responsibilities will include presenting and demonstrating the features and benefits of available properties to potential clients, converting prospects into closed sales, and providing personalized client attention with tenacious follow-up to ensure the best service. You will also be tasked with lead generation, managing prospects, generating new leads through direct mails, handling site-related queries, and building strong networking with customers for sales and referrals. Self-sourcing capability is a must for this role. Candidates with a graduate degree are preferred, and conveyance is a must-have requirement. Excellent communication, presentation, selling, and convincing skills are essential for success in this position.
