Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager - International Business

As an experienced International Business professional, you will play a key role in driving our business to the next level and expanding global partnerships. Your responsibilities will include: - Lead international sales initiatives to drive business growth and market expansion - Generate substantial revenue through strategic sales planning and execution - Develop and manage relationships with global distributors and dealers - Evaluate channel partner performance and implement improvements - Enforce and manage company pricing and credit policies across regions - Analyze customer and distributor data to identify trends and opportunities - Design and execute innovative marketing strategies to boost profitability - Represent the company at national and international trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences - Utilize analytical ability to navigate customer websites for lead generation - Utilize CRM Portal for lead management and team productivity - Travel overseas for a minimum of 60-90 days annually for business development Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: B. Sc. Biomedical or BE-Bio Medical or B. Pharma and MBA in Sales and Marketing - Experience: Minimum 5 to 15 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, focusing on markets in Asia Pacific, Africa, and Europe Please note that compensation is negotiable based on skills and experience.,
