Department: Marketing Designation: Graphic Designer Experience: 5+ yrs Location: Gurugram Overview: We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and technical proficiency to develop compelling visuals that engage and inspire our target audience. Key Responsibilities: Concept Development: Generate innovative design concepts that resonate with and captivate our target customers, aligning with brand messaging and marketing strategies. Artwork Creation: Design and produce high-quality graphics for a variety of marketing materials, including product brochures, leaflets, one-pagers, in-house newsletters, print advertisements, social media posts, product packaging, email campaigns, and more. Tailored Graphics: Create visuals that address specific promotional objectives and business needs, ensuring clarity, engagement, and brand consistency. Design Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance designs, demonstrating flexibility and attention to detail throughout the revision process. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, actively seeking opportunities for professional development to enhance your skill set. Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with printing vendors to ensure the accurate production and timely delivery of printed materials, maintaining quality standards throughout the process.
