This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager-Import Customer Service. The role involves overseeing import customer service operations, managing customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience in import consolidation and freight forwarding
• Knowledge of customs regulations and clearance procedures
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• Should have 5+ years of experience
