Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

As a Data Analyst in this role, you will be responsible for: - Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. - Developing, maintaining, and enhancing corporate strategy dashboards and performance reports. - Generating ad-hoc reports as required by various departments to support decision-making processes. - Providing actionable business insights through data analysis and visualization. - Identifying and communicating key metrics and performance indicators to senior management. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop appropriate data solutions. - Performing variance analysis and identifying key drivers of financial performance. - Supporting financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate business strategies. - Designing and implementing interactive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic initiatives. - Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. Qualifications Required: - Qualified CA with 1-3 years of experience. - Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS-Excel. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
