Shifts:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve L1 HR tickets within defined SLAs.
  • Handle employee queries, follow-ups, and documentation requests.
  • Work extensively on

    Workday

    for transactions, updates, and HR operations activities.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders for smooth process execution.
  • Maintain accuracy and compliance in all HR data and records.
  • Support HR operations projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide timely updates and escalate issues when required.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and HR operations.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Workday

    or any major HRMS.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle queries efficiently with high attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations/HR Shared
