Assistant Manager - Wholesale Business

As an Assistant Manager - Demand & Supply, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate the operations of both the Demand and Supply teams. Your role will involve optimizing team productivity, ensuring efficiency, and driving performance improvements in alignment with business objectives. You will work closely with Matchmakers, the Business Head, and the Learning & Development (L&D) team to achieve these goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring daily input metrics, identifying performance gaps, and implementing corrective actions to enhance efficiency. - Establishing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for structured operations. - Collaborating with Matchmakers and the Business Head to effectively direct team efforts. - Collaborating with the L&D team to upskill team members and enhance execution quality. - Implementing feedback mechanisms to continuously improve team performance. - Maximizing output and market coverage by generating demand, driving engagement with wholesalers, and optimizing deals through competitive vendor pricing. - Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), generating reports for leadership, and sharing market intelligence for informed decision-making. - Demonstrating agility in shifting input direction based on business requirements.
